Understanding the what and why of your training plan is key to achieving any results – a well-designed, structured and personalised workout plan is one of the best ways of achieving your desired fitness goals.

Your plan will be tailored to your individual needs, goals, and current fitness ability. All plans include detailed guidance on how to perform the included exercises, including information on the repetitions / sets / tempo / rest and all other information required to ensure correct adherence.

How Does

IT Work?

Once we agree on your training plan requirements, you’ll receive your plan within 5 working days of completing your payment. I’ll email you an online invoice after our consultation.

I’ll also send you a waiver form which needs to be completed prior to receiving your workout plan.

*Please note I will not begin working on your plan until confirmation of payment is received*

Please note you’ll be solely responsible for applying the purchased workout plan, and completing the included exercises/activities in a correct and safe manner, as well as tracking your own progress. This service does not included any check-ins/follow-ups or 1-1 guidance/sessions. 

If you feel you might need further guidance/motivation and support, 1-1 Personal Training might be a more suitable starting option. Click here for a fantastic offer available to all of my new clients. 

Please note that for best results, it’s strongly recommended to refresh your workout plan every 6 to 8 weeks. The reason for this is to help you avoid stagnation or regression caused by repeating the same movement patterns. 

I recommend getting in touch with me during 6 week of your current training plan, so we can book a phone review to go over your progression and discussing required changes for your new workout program. Please note updating your workout plan will incur in another cost, depending on the required changes – this will be discussed and confirmed during our phone review.

Time To Order

Your Plan!

Ordering your plan is super easy – simply use the button below to complete your intake form and I will be in touch to confirm your plan design. Once approved, I will aim to send you the completed plan within5  working days from receiving payment for the plan. I strongly encourage all clients to book in a free consultation phonecall before placing the order, to get the most out of their plan.

Workout plans consist of a range of exercises/activities tailored to the right intensity, duration and arranged in a specific order. These variables depend fully on the aim of a workout plan – for example, you’ll see clear differences between a workout plan aimed for weight loss, and a plan aimed at muscle building.

Find the best option to suit your requirements and available time to train. Our consultation process will provide advice on how many days per week you’ll be recommended to train.

The prices for renewing your existing training plan are the same as the new plan fees – it’s strongly recommended to renew your plan every 6-8 weeks to avoid training stagnation/regression and losing engagement & motivation due to excess repetition of the same exercises/routines.

Training

Plan FAQ

You’ll receive your custom-made training plan within 5 working days from making your payment – I’ll send the completed version to your email address.

The plan will be delivered in a PDF document format, with all exercise explanations included along with visual guidance for each movement. It’s recommended to print it out, so you can track your progress with repetitions/time/weight used on a weekly basis.

Training plans do not include any nutritional guidance/planning – I currently don’t provide nutritional plans, however I help clients with the nutritional aspect of their fitness journey when delivering 1-1 Personal Training sessions. You can read more about this service by clicking here.

Training plans are usually used between 6-8 weeks from their start date. After this period, it’s strongly advised to renew/update your plan, to avoid stagnation and/or regression caused by repeating the same movement patterns. Renewals are priced at he same cost as new plan creations, and we’ll need to book in a review phonecall to discuss your current performance & progress.

THe main downside of following a program on your own is the lack of support, and essentially being your own “trainer”. If you feel like you might need more support and guidance during sessions, you’re welcome to get in touch for your free 1-1 Personal Session trial to decide if that’d be a more suitable approach for your needs at this time.

Unfortunately I will not be able to start working on your plan until I receive payment for it. If this is not received within 7 days of ordering, I will simply postpone this and await for you to contact me for continuing your order further.

You’ll follow the exercise guidance from your PDF workout plan – all of the necessary instructions will be included within your plan, along with any additional notes from myself.

You’re more than welcome, and even encouraged to amend the workout plan to your individual needs – for the purpose of consistency, I suggest keeping the same exercises for the duration of the plan, but do aim to increase repetitions/resistance/time/difficulty with time. Please ensure to record any changes you’ve made, ideally by noting down on the physical print-out of your plan.

During our free consultation, we’ll establish your fitness goals and choose appropriate means of progress measuring. We’ll also determine how often we’ll take your progress measures – purchasing a Training Plan does not include weekly support & guidance with progress tracking, and you’ll be responsible for ensuring you’re applying and recording your progress measures.

Yes – being a Firm Hands client grants you 24/7 online support. You will be able to contact me via text/whats-app or email for any queries regarding your workout plan. I’m also happy to provide 1 amendment per plan free of charge, as long as you request this within the first week of receiving your plan.

You’ll receive an online invoice sent to your email at the end of our phone consultation / review – simply fill in the card details to submit your payment. Please note I will not begin working on your training plan before receiving a confirmation of payment.
