I’m Filip, and I specialise in delivering personal training sessions to my clients, with all sessions being delivered remotely via Zoom.
I started working as a Personal trainer since 2016. Having years of delivering personal training sessions in various environments including gyms, clients’ homes and outdoor spaces under my belt, I have no trouble in making good use of pretty much any space provided to deliver a fully optimised and suitably balanced training session, every time.
My objective is to bring fitness and wellbeing right to your doorstep – forget the need to travel to a gym, paying for memberships or waiting in line for that piece of equipment you need to do today’s workout. I bring your fitness space to you, so there’s no excuse available for lack of consistency in your training!
With now over +200 clients benefiting from my expertise and seeing great results, I have full confidence in seeing your Strength, Stamina, Coordination and General Wellbeing & Health improving within the first few sessions, provided we maintain the required training consistency to begin developing real results.
Whilst there is no imminent need for new clients to invest in any training equipment, I will provide tailored guidance on what additional equipment would further support your individual goals, including sharing direct product recommendations based my own experience.
The minimum requirement needed partake in your remote training sessions is having a bit of space in your home and a working laptop/tablet.
We’ll be able to tailor each session to your ability and preference, keeping you Engaged and Motivated throughout.

I created firm hands for one clear purpose – to get you fit in a matter of weeks, in the most convenient way possible. There is no need to travel to gyms, investing in expensive equipment or trying another new fad diet craze.
My objective is to equip you with the knowledge and experience needed to develop and maintain your general fitness and wellbeing throughout your lifetime, in turn achieving a better quality of life.
The training methods used by me with clients allow to maintain the results we achieve together – I want you to stay fit, and keep fit for as long as possible. We will begin by building up your foundation of fitness by implementing functional strength and conditioning based-training along with improving your overall coordination and body mechanics.
I will also be working with you on your nutrition and habit building as part of your journey to further support your training regiment.
