I’m Filip, and I specialise in delivering personal training sessions to my clients, in both indoor and outdoor environments. Being a resourceful, experienced and well-prepared trainer, I’m able to make good use of pretty much any space provided to deliver a fantastic training session, every time. Whilst some of my clients prefer the use of their homes, others opt in for training outdoors in local parks/green areas with adequate space for doing so.

I’m based within Ealing, and deliver my services within the surrounding areas such as Richmond, Northfields, Chiswick, Kew & Hanwell and other nearby locations.

My objective is to bring fitness and wellbeing right to your doorstep – forget the need to travel to a gym, paying for memberships or waiting in line for that piece of equipment you need to do today’s workout. I bring your fitness space to you, so there’s no excuse available for lack of consistency in your training!

With now over +200 clients benefiting from my expertise and seeing great results, I have full confidence in seeing your Strength, StaminaCoordination and General Wellbeing & Health improving within the first few sessions, provided we maintain the required training consistency to begin developing real results.

My coaching will involve versatile use of the equipment I carry to our sessions, such as kettlebells, core bags, resistance bands, boxing pads, strike shields and more – rest assured, we’ll be able to tailor each session to your ability and preference, keeping you Engaged and Motivated throughout.

Firm Hands exists for one purpose – to get you fit in a matter of weeks, in the most convenient way possible. There is no need to travel to gyms, investing in expensive equipment or trying another new fad diet craze.

The training methods used by me with clients will allow you to maintain the results we achieve together – I want you to stay fit, and keep fit for as long as possible. We will begin by building up your foundation of fitness, and implementing functional strength and conditioning training along with improving your overall coordination and body mechanics. 

With working on your nutrition, and habit building, you’ll be surprised how quick your body adapts to small , gradual lifestyle changes.

My goal is to provide you with the knowledge and experience needed to develop and maintain your general fitness and wellbeing throughout your lifetime, in turn achieving a better quality of life.

Using boxing and kettlebell-based training methods, I will help you get fit in a matter of weeks. Combined with nutritional and habit-building guidance, you’re guaranteed to become your best self by training with Firm Hands. 

My aim is to equip you with the experience, knowledge and tools needed to build and maintain your fitness, in line with eliminating as many usual inconveniences which so often keep us off track with staying fit in this day and age.
